When we start our work, we check all the existing contracts to optimise performance and reduce costs. In doing so, we can rely on a number of partners who have either proven their worth in the past or who are bound by a framework agreement. Notwithstanding this, we always try to identify a local specialist who can perform the exact service we are looking for.

Property management is not a desk job. That is why our branches are chosen so we can be on-site quickly, while also developing the necessary proximity to properties and tenants.

Managing a property in a performance-oriented, economically sensible manner is always at the forefront of our property managers’ actions. It goes without saying that we compare budgeted costs to actual expenditure on an ongoing basis.

We employ our own reporting team specialised in cross-system preparation of a wide array of data. Our standard reporting package includes all the parameters of interest to our customers. Of course, we can tailor it in detail to our customers’ needs when we start our work, or when our customers’ needs change.
