AUVIDIS AG together with a group of investors has acquired the former headquarters and factory of wholesale bakery Kronenbrot Bäckerei in Würselen. The company is planning a redevelopment of the site under the name “Kronenhöfe“ into a sustainable residential quarter.
The location is well connected to the nearby city of Aachen and will provide much needed affordable housing particularly for young families.
“This development is a project that requires clever urban planning ideas for the residential conversion of the current brownfield”, says Frank Preuss, CEO of AUVIDIS AG.
ESTAma was exclusively appointed as asset manager and sales agent by the seller.
