London – ESTAma announces the signing of a contract between an investment company managed by Signal Capital and Deutsche Fachmarkt AG (DEFAMA) for the sale of three retail properties with a combined purchase price in excess of €10m. The seller exclusively mandated ESTAma as its sales agent and transaction manager.
The assets are located in Schmallenberg (Northrhine-Westphalia), Eberswalde (Brandenburg) and Sonnefeld (Bavaria).
LIDL, Takko, TEDi, Quick Schuh, Intersport, Apollo Optik and Ernsting’s family are the main tenants in the Schmallenberg asset which comprises further retail and gastronomy units, a doctor surgery and offices/flats on the upper floors.
LIDL and KiK are the main tenants in Eberswalde with a number of flats on the upper floors.
The property in Sonnefeld is let to NORMA und Takko.
