London – ESTAma announces the sale of a light industrial property on behalf of an undisclosed international investor. The property was purchased by a group of local investors for a price of ca. €11 million. ESTAma acted as sales agent advising the seller.
The property comprises a number of halls with a floor space of ca. 32,000 sqm and is let to a subsidiary of Bertelsmann Group. It is located in Harsewinkel-Marienfeld, near Gütersloh, Germany.
The transfer of the property happened in the fourth quarter of 2017.
