ESTAma manages over 1 Mio. square metres

Due to the acquisition of ten new mandates in 2018 the commercial floor area under management has been increased to nearly 1.1 Mio. square metres.


The focus of the new mandates was on office and logistic properties, leading to a drop of the historical high share of retail properties. This planned diversification of the portfolio went along with the state of the market and the acquisition behaviour of many customers. With these acquisitions, ESTAma is now more broadly positioned and we were able to transfer the retail expertise to other asset classes.


The split of our assets under management still shows the retail properties with a share of 40% as the strongest sector. Nevertheless, the office and logistic sectors have a strong growth dynamic and their portion already grew to more than 20 % each.


ESTAma plans to further expand the portfolio in 2019.
